My Journey and Mission
My fitness journey started because I wanted to grow my glutes. After years of making mistakes and dealing with minor injuries from poor form and lack of understanding, I became frustrated with the lack of results. I started doing my own research and fell in love with how the body actually works. I realized that many of the people I was learning from were certified professionals, so I decided to follow the same path. I became certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and it gave me the confidence to finally reach my goals.
Helping my loved ones with their own fitness journeys showed me how much I enjoy teaching. Talking to people, learning their stories, and working through their barriers to exercise has become one of my favorite parts of what I do. Finding solutions together and watching someone gain long-term success and real confidence is a beautiful thing.
Everyone knows fitness is important for both physical and mental health, but not everyone knows where to start or what questions to ask. I love taking the stress out of that. Whether you’re at home or in a top-tier gym, managing a chronic illness or fairly healthy, a beginner or advanced, I’m trained to help you build a program that works and keep you accountable along the way.
