Booking Your Virtual Coaching Sessions

After booking your initial consultation, you’ll always be able to book your biweekly virtual coaching sessions above. Sessions are booked one at a time, but you’re not limited in how many you can schedule. These meetings are a key part of the program and are designed to keep you progressing with consistent guidance, form feedback, and support.

During our virtual sessions, we’ll refine your technique, answer questions in real time, and make adjustments to your program as your body and goals evolve. Each session also includes a short, conversation-style lesson led by me (about 15 minutes), not a lecture. Topics may include how your body actually changes, how your body fuels workouts through different energy systems, how hormones, stress, and recovery impact progress, and how muscles are structured and truly grow.

Biweekly check-ins are strongly recommended to maintain momentum, accountability, and clarity, unless we decide together that a different schedule makes more sense for you.
